Elle est constituée par une base se transférant sur des rails au sol et par un chariot qui permet le levage, l'introduction et l'extraction des charges.
Optionnellement, la chargeuse peut également être de type « tournante » pour pouvoir asservir deux fronts opposés de traitement thermique.
L’équipement est conçu et réalisé par nous-mêmes en différentes tailles, à partir des plus petites, et avec une capacité de quelques tonnes, jusqu'à celles de 60 tonnes.
Ce type d’équipement peut être automatisé à différents niveaux, de la gamme « en manuel » à celle entièrement automatique.
